Refund requests can only be considered under the following conditions:
- For Online Courses:
- If the course has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment.
- If the course has already started, but you have attended no more than 2 live classes, you may request a partial refund, deducting administrative fees and the value of the services rendered (such as study materials provided).
- Refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days of enrollment, once the course has been attended beyond 2 live sessions or after accessing recorded sessions and materials.
- For Offline Courses (Classroom Training):
- If you request a refund before the course starts, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you request a refund after the course has begun but before attending any classes, a partial refund will be provided, deducting an administrative fee and costs incurred.
- If you have attended any classroom sessions, no refund will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
- Application Fees: Any fees paid for applying to our courses, which are administrative in nature.
- Examination Fees: Fees for mock tests, practice papers, or any other assessments are non-refundable once they have been accessed.
- Discounted Fees: Any payments made through special discounts, offers, or promotional programs are non-refundable after a set period.
3. How to Request a Refund

5. Course Transfer Option
If you are not satisfied with the course you have enrolled in, we also offer an option to transfer to a different batch or course, depending on availability. This option is available within the first 7 days of the course start date. Please contact our support team to inquire about course transfers.
6. Cancellation by UAIS Institute
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a course, we will notify you in advance and offer the following options:
- Refund: A full refund of the course fee.
- Course Transfer: You may opt to transfer your enrollment to a future batch of the same course.
7. No Show or Absence
If you do not attend classes (either online or offline) after enrollment, no refund will be provided. We recommend notifying us if you are unable to attend classes to discuss options for course deferral or rescheduling.
8. Special Circumstances
In cases of personal emergencies, medical issues, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us immediately. We may offer a case-by-case review and provide an alternative solution, such as course deferral or partial refund, depending on the situation.
